Behavior Intervention Plans are designed on an individual basis and start with a Functional Behavioral Assessment to determine the motivation and function of an individuals behavioral needs.  Programs range between 6-24 weeks and usually include home and school observation and training.  Programming will also include coordination with the individuals medical specialist, pediatrician  (MD) and other relevant support staff (e.g. Occupational Therapist/Speech and Language Therapist) that also support the individual with Autism. Individual programs are closely monitored and updated as the individual accomplishes behavioral progress and independence.
